Welcome to LEDfix.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LEDfix website (ledfix.ng), the LEDfix mobile application, and all related services provided by LEDfix (“LEDfix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LEDfix.

1. About LEDfix

LEDfix is a platform that helps individuals and businesses book LED screen repair and maintenance services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

LED screen diagnostics
LED module replacement
Receiving card replacement
Power supply repairs
Colour calibration
Preventive maintenance
Repair tracking
Service quotations
Digital receipts
Warranty management
Technician scheduling

Some services may be provided directly by LEDfix or by authorized technicians operating through our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use LEDfix, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate and complete account information.
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Business users represent that they have authority to act on behalf of their organization.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure.
Maintaining accurate account information.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

LEDfix may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Booking Repair Services

When booking a repair, you agree to provide accurate information, including:

Service location
Contact details
LED screen specifications (where known)
Description of the fault
Photographs or videos, if requested

Providing inaccurate information may delay service or affect pricing.

Submitting a booking does not guarantee immediate availability. Appointments remain subject to technician availability and confirmation.

5. Technician Visits

Our technicians may require access to your LED screen and surrounding installation area.

You agree to:

Provide reasonable access during scheduled appointments.
Ensure the work area is safe.
Inform technicians of any hazards before work begins.

If a technician cannot safely perform the repair, the appointment may be postponed or canceled.

6. Pricing and Quotations

Repair costs may vary depending on:

Screen size
Fault diagnosis
Required replacement parts
Labour
Location
Emergency or priority service

Initial estimates may change after physical inspection or diagnosis.

Where additional work becomes necessary, updated pricing may be provided before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

7. Payments

Payments may be made through supported payment methods available on LEDfix.

You agree to:

Pay all applicable charges.
Use an authorized payment method.
Ensure sufficient funds are available.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

LEDfix is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking before the technician has been dispatched.

If a technician has already traveled to your location, a call-out or inspection fee may apply where permitted.

LEDfix may cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

Technician availability
Weather
Safety concerns
Technical issues
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Warranties

Certain repairs may include a limited warranty covering the repaired component or replacement part.

Warranty terms may vary depending on:

Replacement components used
Manufacturer limitations
Service category

The warranty generally does not cover:

New physical damage
Water damage after repair
Power surge damage
Improper installation by third parties

Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.

10. User Responsibilities

Interfere with the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Upload malicious software.
Harass technicians or staff.
Misuse tracking features.
Submit fraudulent repair requests.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination.

11. Uploading Photos and Content

You may upload photographs, videos, or other content relating to repair requests.

You confirm that:

You have the right to upload the content.
The content does not violate another person’s rights.
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant LEDfix a limited license to use submitted content solely for providing, documenting, improving, and supporting repair services.

12. Location Services

Some LEDfix features require location access.

Location information may be used to:

Match nearby technicians.
Navigate to service locations.
Provide technician tracking.
Improve service delivery.

You may disable location permissions, although some features may become unavailable.

13. Repair History

LEDfix may maintain records of completed repairs, including:

Service dates
Technician information
Parts used
Receipts
Warranty information
Repair notes

These records help support future repairs and warranty claims.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on LEDfix—including logos, branding, graphics, text, software, icons, and designs—is owned by LEDfix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Distribute
Sell
Reverse engineer
Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

LEDfix may integrate with third-party services such as:

Payment providers
Maps
Analytics
Communication services
App stores

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

16. Service Availability

We strive to keep LEDfix available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or limit access for:

Maintenance
Security updates
Technical issues
System upgrades
Emergency situations

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEDfix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our liability for a particular service, where permitted by law, shall generally not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Account Suspension and Termination

You may also choose to delete your account using the account deletion process described on our website and mobile application.

20. Privacy

Your use of LEDfix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we may notify users through the website, mobile application, email, or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of LEDfix after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
